Heliotrope ceramics are created in my Paris studio (and sometimes in New York City).
I started out in a spare room with a sink in my apartment - a former artist’s studio also.
A few months later I got the opportunity to take on a larger space, not far from my place.
Since fall 2023 I have shared the studio with Madoka, pictured below, and others also.
We like to talk about glaze and love while sipping matcha lattes in our bamboo garden.
I feel very lucky to have this community of creative people who cheer and inspire me.
We enjoy wheel throwing and hand building, and offer classes across both practices.
We often host sales and parties, and love having friends, neighbors and visitors over.
